About
Timberwilde Consulting Group was born from a simple, persistent observation: Organizations don’t fail because they lack ambition, intelligence, or data—they struggle because they lose touch with the people they exist to serve.
OUR STORYBuilt to close the gap between customer insight and organizational action.
Across industries, leaders spoke passionately about being customer focused. Teams invested in research, surveys, and feedback platforms. Yet too often, the customer’s voice lived in dashboards rather than in decisions, in reports rather than conversations, and on walls rather than in action.
Timberwilde Consulting Group was created to change that. We saw firsthand that the organizations that truly thrive share one defining characteristic: they don’t treat customer insight as an input—they treat it as a compass. In these organizations, the customer’s voice shapes strategy discussions, informs cultural expectations, and guides everyday decisions at every level of the business.
The work goes beyond collecting feedback; it focuses on translating customer truth into purpose, shaping culture through customer-centered behaviors, and building strategies that stand apart in crowded markets. At its core, Timberwilde Consulting Group exists to help organizations reconnect with their “why”—through the eyes of their customers.
Rooted in listening · Grounded in purpose · Built to help organizations grow with intention
THE TIMBERWILDE NAMEStrength rooted in nature.
“Timberwilde” symbolizes strength rooted in nature—stable, grounded, and growing. Great organizations, like great forests, are built on deep roots. The customer’s voice is one of those roots. When nurtured, it fuels growth that is sustainable, resilient, and expansive.
Just as a thriving forest depends on deep, interconnected roots, strong organizations are built on a foundation of understanding—understanding what customers value, what they struggle with, and what earns their trust. Without those roots, growth may be fast, but it is fragile. With them, growth is sustainable.
When customer insight becomes foundational—not incidental—organizations gain resilience, alignment, and the ability to create lasting value.
WHAT WE BELIEVECore Principles
01
Customer Voice as the North Star
We treat customer insight not as a dataset, but as a strategic asset. Our work turns customer understanding into organizational alignment—from boardroom conversations to frontline behaviors.
02
Integration Across Purpose, Culture, and Strategy
Most firms focus on one of these. We focus on all three, because real differentiation happens at their intersection.
03
Our frameworks balance rigorous analysis with actionable guidance. We help organizations move from knowing to doing.
Practical, Evidence-Based Approach
04
We work alongside leaders—not above them—to create solutions that match the organization’s identity, market reality, and maturity.
Tailored, Collaborative Delivery
05
Our goal is not “dependency”. We equip organizations with the tools, governance, behaviors, and systems needed to scale customer-centricity long after engagement ends.
